Anna Krassa lives in New Moudania, Chalkidiki, Greece. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Librarianship and Information Science,Technological Institute of Thessaloniki, but she has been working in the field of elearning since 2005. She was a member of the Inquiry Team of the Greek School Network, University of Macedonia, Greece and of the elearning service of the Library and Information Centre of the same University. Her position gave her the chance to participate as a presenter in several seminars and workshops, and initiate her international collaborations. In 2006 she was the first Greek candidate who had been accredited with the Moodle Teachers Certificate, and ever since, she has been collaborating with HRD New Zealand Moodle Partner. In June 2006 she started facilitating online courses at GAC Corporate Academy (Dubai), and in 2008, she was promoted to GAClearn Management Consultant, taking over the responsibility for the GAClearn Moodle-site, the course development, the facilitators’ training, as well as the research and development projects. In 2016, having spent more than a decade as a Moodle expert, online facilitator, and elearning consultant, she decided to integrate her knowledge and expertise in the field of online learning, and enrolled in the Master of Education in Distance Education of Athabasca University. In 2017, she collaborated with Enaleia – the first school for fishing in Greece, setting up Enaleia’s elearning service.
